1. Acceptance

By accessing skillkit.cc or installing a Skill you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

SkillKit is a marketplace for reusable Agent Skills (SKILL.md workflow packages). Free Skills are provided as-is; Premium Skills require an active subscription or a lifetime license.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. In this demo environment, authentication is simulated and no real credentials are collected.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not redistribute Premium Skills outside your own agents and team.
  • Do not upload malicious, unlawful or infringing content in custom requests.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse the marketplace infrastructure.

5. Payments and refunds

Subscriptions renew until cancelled; payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Custom Skill orders are charged after scope confirmation.

6. Disclaimer

Skills produce draft output that you are responsible for reviewing. SkillKit does not warrant that outputs are fit for any particular purpose.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillKit's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
