Buying & installing Skills

SkillKit has two ways to access premium Skills: single purchase (own that Skill forever) and Pro membership (unlimited access to the whole premium catalog while subscribed). Free Skills need neither.

• •One-click purchase: press Buy on a detail page; the purchase is charged to your account balance and the Skill unlocks instantly. You cannot buy your own listing.
• •Install prompt: every Skill ships with a copy-ready install prompt — paste it into Claude, Cursor or any agent that supports Skills and it's live.
• •Updates: when a creator ships a new version, the install prompt on your detail page always points to the latest one. Reinstall any time.
• •Refunds: within 72 hours and fewer than 3 installs, request a refund from your order history or via a ticket — the commission is returned from the creator's balance automatically.

Wallet & withdrawals

Your wallet is the financial heart of SkillKit. It holds money you can spend (top-ups and earnings) and tracks every cent that flows in and out.

• •Balance: spendable funds. Purchases deduct from it; sales, invite bonuses and overrides add to it in real time.
• •Commission ledger: every credit and debit is itemized — amount, rate, linked order and date. Click any row for the full breakdown.
• •Withdrawals: request any amount above $10. Our team reviews within 24h and settles within 7 days. Rejected requests are refunded to your balance in full.
• •Refund clawback: if a buyer refunds a purchase, the commission you earned on it is deducted from your balance automatically.

Selling & commissions

Anyone can become a seller. Upload from your member center, pass review, and your Skill goes on sale with a 70/30 split in your favor.

• •Upload: name, category, proposed price and up to five preview shots. Submissions are reviewed in 24–48 hours.
• •Revenue split: 70% of every sale is credited to your wallet the moment the purchase completes. The platform keeps 30% for hosting, payment processing and support.
• •Price changes: request a repricing any time; changes apply to new purchases immediately.
• •Dashboard: the wallet panel shows per-Skill sales, conversion and your running earnings — see Sell & Earn for the full program.

Inviting friends

The invite program pays you twice: once when your friend joins, and forever as they grow.

• •$5 activation bonus: when someone registers through your link, $5 lands in your wallet immediately.
• •10% lifetime override: you earn 10% of every sale your invited friends make as sellers — permanently, at no cost to them.
• •Your link: find your personal invite code and one-click share link in the member center's Invite friends panel. The code can also be entered manually at registration.
• •Fair play: self-referrals and duplicate accounts don't qualify. The first invite code a new account uses is the one that sticks.

Custom requests

Need a Skill that doesn't exist yet? Submit a custom request — free or paid — and our creator network builds it for you.

• •Submit: from the floating Custom Skill button or the member center. Describe the outcome you want, attach up to five reference screenshots and leave a contact.
• •Quotation: for paid requests, the team replies with a quote inside your request list. Accept it and development starts; decline and nothing is charged.
• •Delivery & listing: delivered Skills are installed like any other — and if you agree, they can be listed on the marketplace under your name with standard commission.

Plans & membership

Free accounts can browse everything and install all free Skills. Pro unlocks the premium catalog; the Founding plan adds lifetime access plus early features. Compare tiers on the pricing page. Upgrades apply instantly from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
