The SkillKit affiliate program

Share a tool you actually use, and get paid twice: $5 the moment a friend joins through your link, then a 10% lifetime override on everything they earn as a creator — paid by the platform, never by your friend.

Attribution, in detail

Affiliate systems fail in the details, so here are ours. First touch wins: the first invite code or link a new account uses at registration is permanently attached — there is no last-click reassignment, no attribution window that expires, and no way for a later link to steal an existing attachment. Registration is the trigger: the $5 bonus is tied to completed registration, not to email opens, clicks or page views, which is why the bonus pays only when a real account exists. Overrides follow sales, not activity: you earn on your friends' creator sales only, never on their browsing, and never on their purchases — the override measures creators you brought into the ecosystem.

If your friend closes their account, overrides from that account end with it. If a sale is refunded, that sale's override reverses with the clawback. Everything else persists: there is no expiry on the relationship, no minimum sales threshold your friend must cross before your override activates, and no deactivation for affiliates who take a break. The panel in your member center is the source of truth — invited count, activated count, per-friend override totals — and it updates in real time with the underlying ledger.

Working with an audience responsibly

If you publish content at any scale, three practices make your SkillKit promotion both more effective and more durable. First, lead with the outcome: show the finished landing page, deck or storyboard the Skill produced, then explain that a Skill did it. Audiences convert on proof, not on program descriptions. Second, match the audience to the product: people who already run AI agents need no convincing, and people who do not will churn before they register — your override income depends on active creators, so spend your credibility on the former. Third, disclose plainly: "I earn a bonus if you join through my link — it costs you nothing" preserves the trust your future recommendations depend on, and it is required by the advertising rules of most platforms anyway.

Finally, a note on expectations: affiliate income here compounds rather than spikes. The signup bonuses arrive immediately, but the override annuity grows with your friends' catalogs over months. The affiliates who do best treat the program as a long side-channel of a genuine recommendation habit, not as a campaign.
